Our experience in working with associations of varying sizes, scopes, and missions has enabled us to develop best practices that fit each type of client. While we deliver savings to associations via our best practices systems, each association is different and we do not provide a "cookie-cutter" approach to management. For each client there are specific needs, nuances, and goals that are met with individualized strategic, implementation, and goal-driven plans. In addition, each association has its own phone line, fax line, email address, and web presence. Unless the association decides to "reveal the secret", no one will ever know that we service other associations.

We have vetted a number of vendors and as such have the ability to provide associations with many needed services such as printing, web hosting, etc. at considerable discounts. In addition, we can provide services such as meeting site selection at no cost to the client (and often as an offset to management fees) thanks to firm standing in the industry.
